Your contribution will go directly to the SMS Research Foundation and will play a critical role in changing the prognosis for those affected with this rare disorder, including our 12-year-old son, Jeremy.
This event is fun for the whole family and will include a 5K Walk (not professionally timed), a drum circle, music, fire trucks, a silent auction, and lunch!
